14 day Return Policy


Defective parts due to manufacturing and/or workmanship should be returned to manufacturer or we will exchange it for another within 14 days from the date of purchase. Ordering mistakes happen, No restocking fee if returned unused within 3 days of receipt, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund otherwise unless substituted for another item within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping/Handling is not refundable. Returns include instructions and DO NOT place returns in unpadded envelopes, Package well in thick padded envelopes or box with padding.

For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your packing slip and call to obtain a return authorization number. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. Products being returned must have a RA# issued beforehand.

All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department.

If merchandise you receive is defective, call our customer service department for instructions.

Once a return is authorized, you will return the merchandise to:

- Include a copy of the original packing slip
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Ship it in THICK padded envelope or box with padding


Shipping Policy

You choose shipping through USPS, UPS. All orders will have a tracking number, we do not drop ship or ship to different address, Suspicious buying activity will be reported. We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, hawaii, Guam, APOs and FPOs). This will include orders that have any connection to International shipments. This goes to both the shipping and billing addresses. There are no exceptions.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday and any postal holiday, except by prior arraignment. Shipping and handling costs are generated based on item and items total during checkout. We do not believe in offering FREE shipping as this is misleading, you decide the amount and how fast and what you pay to ship. Our shipping and handling costs are fair, the more you order from us the more you save in shipping and handling.

NOTE: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun
components, long gun components, or ammunition.


By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following
declaration: Declaration of Buyer: "I acknowledge this dealer does not
authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows,
crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or
any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local
laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I
declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."

We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components,
long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By
agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal
age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are
an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1)
- (7).


AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 21 to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.


BACKORDERS: For your security, we do not retain your credit card information after checkout. Due to this, all orders are paid for up-front and not when they ship; this includes in stock and out of stock items. If an item you order is out of stock, we will ship what is available. When the remaining item(s) become available, they will be shipped to you at no additional cost.


We cannot accept any returns for the following manufacturers.

Due to Fraud, Green Supply will hold credit on all Cas Hanwei items and send them to the manufacturer first.

Ammunition

We cannot accept any returns on bullets or ammunition.

Streamlight

Per Streamlight, we cannot accept any returns past 20 days; after which, all sales are final. For warranty issues, items can still be sent directly to the manufacturer.

DVDs, CDs and SD Cards

DVDs, CDs and SD cards may only be returned if still in the sealed package.

Optics and Firearms

All optics and firearms will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized. If the item is repaired and returned to us, we will be returning the item back to you at your expense and credit will not be issued.

Returns for Credit

All merchandise is subject to a manufacturer inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. You must call (337) 501-3312 or email:  customerservice@thesportsnoutdoors.com for an RA# and instructions before you send the return back. All merchandise returned will be processed within 15 business days. Returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the invoice date or restocking fees of 15% will be applied. For a prompt refund please send a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation for the return. All return shipping must be prepaid; no COD's will be accepted. After 20 days, all sales are final.

Small Returns

We do not take single item returns $30.00 or less.

Unidentified Returns

We will only keep unidentified returns for 120 days.

Errors/Theft

Sports N Outdoors LLc. does not cover carrier errors, or postal/shipping theft. We suggest that you add a signature requested for delivery on higher priced orders.

Damaged in Transit

If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages. We need your customers phone number. Please call Sports N Outdoors LLc. customer service immediately at (337) 501-3312 and you will receive instructions on how to handle the problem.


  • We will file a claim with the carrier.


  • Failure to follow this policy is subject to a 7% fee.

Damaged Merchandise

Upon inspection, if the merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued. You will also absorb the return freight cost. For this reason, it is important to understand the condition of your product before requesting a return from Sports N Outdoors LLc.. You will be contacted for instructions on what we should do with the merchandise, either return it or destroy it on site.

Defective Merchandise

Sports N Outdoors LLc. handles defective merchandise for a handful of brands, but most need to go back to the manufacturer. Please see the list of Manufacturers. All defective items that are sent back to us, but are supposed to be handled by the manufacturer are subject to a 15% fee.

Shipping Errors

Please keep your invoice and call Customer Service for an RMA #. We will email a UPS return label to you. If the order was shipped ground, and the end user decided to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, you will do so at your own expense. Once the incorrect item is received, credit will be issued. A new order will need to be placed for the correct item.

International Orders

We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs), including orders that have any connection to International shipments (freight-forwarders, etc.). This applies to both the shipping and billing addresses. Orders found to have an international connection will be cancelled. There are no exceptions.

Opened Packaging

Sports N Outdoors LLc. has no outlet for open packaging as we only deal in new merchandise. All products must be returned in resalable condition (unused and/or unopened). There will be no credit issued on items that have been opened or used.

Return to Sender Fee

A $20.00 (Return to Sender) RTS fee will be charged for any packages returned to Sports N Outdoors LLc. due to a bad address or customer doesn't want.

 Shipments refused due to damages will not receive the RTS fee.However, a claim with the carrier will need to be completed before credit is issued. (please see damaged in transit section of policy)
